Kerala and Mahe expect widespread rain, while Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and coastal Andhra Pradesh see scattered showers. Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand and West Bengal may also get isolated rain, part of the wider Indian monsoon pattern this season.
