National Designated Entities (NDEs) from the African region come together every two years for the CTCN Regional Forum of the NDEs to the Technology Mechanism to discuss and share experiences regarding the use of climate technology for sustainable development. The forum will give NDEs a chance to network with other stakeholders and learn about the most recent advancements in climate technology.
The forum will be held virtually over three days and will feature a variety of sessions, including:
- Panel discussions on the latest trends in climate technology
- Workshops on how to access and use climate technology
- Networking opportunities for NDEs
- Water-Food-Energy Nexus
- Building and Infrastructure
- Sustainable Mobility
- Energy Systems
- Business and Industry
The forum is open to all NDEs from the African region. Registration is free and can be done online.

2023 Review and 2024 Outlook Keep up to date with a thorough recap of CTCN’s operations and an overview of forthcoming initiatives.
Shaping Transformation: Focus on the African continent while engaging in lively discussions about current and past technical assistance projects within each transformation area.
Global Partnerships for Change: Look into ways to collaborate on research, development, and funding between the North and the South.
