Counting On A Sustainable Future: Global Conference On Gender And Environment Data- 11/29

A global conference on gender and environment data will be held on November 28–29 as part of ongoing efforts by the UN Climate Change High Level Champions, UN Women, UNFCCC, IUCN, and WEDO, as well as the Offices of the President of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP 28) to better understand the relationship between gender and environment. UN agencies, government representatives and policy makers, Feminist Action for Climate Justice Action Coalition and Gender Environment Data Alliance (GEDA) leaders and committers, private foundations, civil society organisations, indigenous leaders, local communities, and academia will be among the speakers and attendees.
